hard motor shimy in second or higher gear and have already did obvius stuff

Changed wires plugs button cap filters tested modules and knock sensors truck purrs untils
you really rev it or drive it in second or above then the motor and trans shake like timing is
out

check all your motor and trans mounts, it may seem stupid but they have been the culprit in many vibration issues ive come across.
