Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. Did you check primary voltage to ignition coil, red wire with lite green tracer, goes hot with key on. Use a test lite to check for voltage? If nothing there, have to check feed to and from ignition switch. There are fusible links, involved. You can take coil wire loose from distributor cap, hold close to metal part of engine, have helper crank it, can you see or hear spark jump? Does the dist rotor turn when you crank it? I know some fords have had problems with tfi module. How long since overall tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?
