2005 PT Cruiser is pumping the coolant out and overheating.

Asked by Bassman65 Aug 11, 2019 at 08:40 PM about the 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser Wagon FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had the timing belt and
water pump changed in
January. Replaced
thermostat, fan, cap(twice),
had radiator flushed and
bled. It pumps the water
out through the reservoir.
Head gasket is fine. I am at
my wits end. PLEASE HELP.

Does not overheat at idle. Idled with ac on for 30 mins with no problems. I get out on the road and it pumps the water out through the reservoir.
