i changed heater core in my 97 monte carlo and i only blows luke warrm heat out the defrost and floor but blows cold air out the panel can anyone tell me my problem?

Make sure you bled all the air out of the cooling system and that the radiator and overflow tank are topped off. If that isn't the issue, you may need to replace the thermostat.
