it ran ok before it was run out of fuel right ??you put 5 gallons of fresh fuel in it to help prime right?? the filter isnt on backwords..sometime you never know...when it starts now its not because you sprayed anything into it right..so i dont know if its primed..fuel pressure is ok or if its been maintained and theres not alot of junk in the botton of the tank that the pickup might have gotton into.. pressure regulator ok..can you hear the fuel pump turn on when the key is in the on position.. should sound like a 3 second hmmmmm
