Car won’t start after tune

2011 Lincoln MKX was working perfectly fine.
Check engine light came on. There a code,
misfire in cylinder 6. Went ahead and
changed all the plugs and coils, manifold
gasket, cleaned the throttle where instead of
black it looks brand new, even did a radiator
flush, and changed the thermostat while I
was at it.

Now the car will crank, start, fire and run for
about 1.5 seconds, then turn off. What am I
missing?
