The way the process is supposed to work is that CarGurus sends an e-mail to you within 7 days after contacting a Dealer...assuming you used the "Contact Seller" option that is on the same page as the car you are looking at. However, I'm finding that they are NOT consistent with doing this..no idea why...bug in their system, maybe??
