When a car has been listed on CarGurus for a certain number of days does that mean that it has been on a lot (trying to be sold) for that many days?

price is always negotiable, is finding the make and model and the right seller that is willing to fit your budget. Many seller will test the market value of their vehicle to see the demand of the vehicle, and many sellers also are in need of the cash, where the value of the vehicle is lower than the market value, hope this helps.... it will never hurt to offer less than their the seller offer value, however you have to do your homework regarding the make and model of the vehicle before you offend the seller based on your low ball offer.
