1999 S 500 mercedes

batterry went dead windows were all the way down replaced battery windows
wont go back up

I'm guessing you cheapened out and didn't have a Mercedes mechanic, or someone who really knows cars install the battery. You didn't use a memory saver during the battery switch and when you connected the new battery, you blew the fuse to the window. Yes, the answer is that easy.
