Low oil pressure 2007 Chevy 6.0

I have a question about the filter I have a problem
pulling it out been fighting it for two days. It almost
seems it ain't there but I tried putting the new one in
and the top of it is even with the block. So I'm
guessing it's still in there. Any help on this

I know what you are talking about and know about this, but I have never done one to let you know the in's and outs. But the old screen has to come out
