It shattered and i dont know how to put the new one in one the door panel is off

Window rolled all the way down so the mechanism is out of the way and it has to be carefully angled in. Make sure all weather stripping is pulled off around the base of the window sill. Window guides will also probably have to be removed or at least loosened.
