Who is making hard-top retractable convertables?

What are opinions of hardtop convertible verses soft top in terms of ongoing maintenance
, mechical problems, and leaks?  Obviously the space in the truck is an consideration.   
We found Volvo has a larger truck space than BMW when hard top is stored.

You're probably better off with hard top if you're concerned about leaks. You'd have to research the specific car for known problems.
