Both rear turn signal works. Both front turn signal not working. Why?

Both rear turn signal works.  However, both front turn signals are not working.  
Both front bulbs are new.
Note, my van is a 1993 Ford E-350 Chateau model.  It is not in your list below

Sounds like the turn signal switch went bad. But first make sure the 4 way switch is turned off all the way, you might want to cycle it a few times to make sure.
