HIGH ALTITUDE TUNING 1990 TOYOTA 4-RUNNER

Does that 1990 have a carb or is it fuel injected? Toyota kept carbs on their trucks well into the '90s (to their credit)- if it's injected, it should adjust automatically- is it running rough or somethin'?
