Audi A4 TDI 103kw 2007 loss of power when driving at lower altitudes

HI my 2007 Audi A4 2.0 TDI 103kw drives fine at high altitudes but when I drive down to lower altitudes the turbo seems to dump all pressure I can still hear the turbo working but there is no power. when I drive back to higher altitudes the car then starts to perform like normal again. Any suggestions?

sounds like your turbo is no good. i don't know much about diesels but you may want to take it to the audi dealer and have um check it out.
