On my 1978 CJ5. With my battery connected and
ignition switch off. I have voltage to my voltage
meter and fuse box. Why??

    Power windows have constant power even when the key is out of the ignition. Battery drains within a week. If I pull the #30 fuse out that stops the windows from working. Please help
