I know that I'm getting more air which is why I'm running lean, but does my computer just need to get used to it or do I have to get things reprogrammed?

andrew talbot is wrong. if you have the proper cold air system for your vehicle, it will have a place for your maf (mass air flow) sensor. if it does not, the only thing you can do is order the right cold air system for your car. also, when using k & n filters or cleanable air filters, make sure not to over oil them, or it will burn up your mass air flow.
