water from radiator is not very hot when it comes into resevroir

After a 35 min drive the water coming from the radiator into the res is only lukewarm and there is not enough heat inside to clear steam off of the windshield. How can I Fix this?

It could be that your thermostat is faulty. Remove the thermostat and drop it into a bowl of boiling hot water. it should then open.
