The coolant fans are not running ,I have a 99 pontaic grand Prix gt .. I don't what is causing it

First check fuse, check power going to fans with a test light, check connections going to fans , check coolent temperature sensor.

check power to the fans with motor warn turnd of but with key on,, change? check/relys/ sending unit
