My 2008 Mazda tribute may have gotten something spilled in the vents it's now barley blowing out even if I put the ax on

It makes no sense it is clogged because on normal that means takes the air from outside when you set it to max it recycles from the cabin. Just in case it gets the air from the outside right underneath the wipers next to the windshield you will see some sort of plastic screens
