can headers be put on a 1974 buick electra limited 455?

Sure, they can but you may have to buy for a different vehicle and modify them a little to fit, if you can find a direct fit item. I have a 68 Bonneville and they don't sell headers for them, so I will have to buy some for GTO or Firebird with the same 400 engine and just modify them a little to work on my car.
