Question type: Car Customization

We have a 62 buick electra and we were wondering if the 69 motor and tranny would fit?

1 Answer

Not a bolt in.69 has a 430/455, '62 has a nailhead, will fit with modification, motor mounts, trans is different also, '62 has a open shaft dynaflow and '69 has a 400thm. Bolt in interchange is 61,62,63 full sized (engine and tranny) engine bolt in interchange goes back to the '50's (nailhead)
