My ABS light came on and my breaks started locking up

The only real way you will know is to scan the vehicle with a OBDii code scanner that reads ABS codes. The code will tell you if the issue is a sensor, or the another part of the system. Most times it is a wheel sensor, a broken tone ring or the wiring.
