are there two air filters on the jaguar x

I just acquired this car.  There is a musty smell when air is used. One filter under hood has been changed. Somewhere I thought I read that there were two filters. However no one seems to know what I am talking about.  Do you know what I am talking about and if so where would the other one be and will this rectify the problem.
