Coolant temperature .

After 30 minutes of driving the radiator coolant doesn't go passed 70 degree
and I changed the coolant temperature sensor but not the thermostat ,what
could be the
problem.

Have you had the system drained recently? Is there perhaps air trapped in the system? I'm assuming you've checked that its actually full. Both those problems usually result in overheating though unless the sensor is trapped in an air pocket and can't get an actual reading. I'm just guessing here though. Does the heater blow lots of nice warm air?
