Location of starter relay switch on 2007 Saturn Ion 2.2 ltr

I'm trying to find out where the starter relay
switch or any other fuses related to it are
located on my 2007 Saturn Ion 2.2 ltr. Car
won't even crank. Starter and battery are
good

I don't know what testing you've done? see diagram for Saturn starter. See relay above starter, in diagram. That relay should be in underhood fuse block. Sometimes the relay is soldered into the fuse box, you can't remove it? Can you remove it? If so, you can do some testing at relay. Any testing make sure vehicle is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. Vehicle can't move. I can explain wiring circuits, voltage and grounds. I can explain relay operation. I can talk about the transmission switches. I can talk about starter terminals, themselves. I've already talking about safety and making sure vehicle can't move when testing. Let us know?
