My 89 nissan sentra dies out when it reaches 3500 rpms.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced the fuel pump,fuel pressure regulator, distributor cap, rotor,plugs and wires. Removed exhaust pipe and cadaletic converter to check it. What should I try next? ignition module? Help

That sounds suspiciously like a bad, disconnected, or ungrounded Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor.
