Sounds like it is either vapor-locking or perhaps the ignition coil is overheating and causing it to stall.  You may also have a problem with one of your sensors if applicable -- you don't state a year of this vehicle.

what fuel delivery system year not needed if mechanical injection check for sticking cold start components sticking, then check for temp switches and thermal sensors for problems, also check what Fuel is being used if too high alcohol content is used you could have damaged critical fuel system components. If that doesn't solve it take it to an authorized repair facility that would have factory diagnostic flow charts.

if mech injection probability not vapor locking (too high of fuel pressures) if carbureted possible vapor lock however they didn't have many vaporlock problems with factory equipped vehicles.
