Starts good... loses power as it acelerates. What would cause this that I need to repair?

SOUNDS LIKE A CARB ADJUSTMENT IS ON THE HORIZON...GOOGLE VW RABBIT CARB ADJUSTMENT OR CHECK SAMBA.COM FOR INFO...I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT RABBITS EXCEPT WITH GRAVY AND MASHED POTATOES...GOOD LUCK...JZBUG
