How do you remove the arm rests from the seat back

There is no removble button to access the allen head screw that holds it on, like the rear seat

There are screws holding the armrest under the padding at the pivot point, reached from the seatback side. This needs to be removed to then tighten the two bolts which loosen, allowing the armrests to wobble.
