Hello corgear-- What are you looking for, a collectors item or transportation? It sounds good enough for transportation, but the changes, unless done very exactly do not add to value for a collector. My favorite pricing source is www/nadaguides.com, which says a 1966 Volkswagen Beetle is worth between $2,700 and $9,650. Good luck from Bovan.
