Dodge Sprinter with Benz engine question

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 3500 2007 Sprinter with a Benz engine.
When driving at constant speed I get a rythm "pulse" type of Vibration - When I look at the RPM dial it goes up for 2 seconds them back to normal in the pulse type of rythm about every 10 seconds while driving at constant speed.
Anyone know what could be causing this?  At idle it does not happen.
