Look in your owners manual. I believe that it is under the hood next to the battery, but I can't look at mine right now. Owners manual should have a fuse diagram in it.

my jetta 86 do not have a dip stick for the tranny chek, it is only a plug and no oil is visualized fro the ntop 1 answer
