2002 eurovan cruise control troubleshooting

Cruise control not functioning at all. 2002 vr6 24 valve Eurovan Winnebago RV. How can I troubleshoot ?

Usually the Cruise control system is operated by vacuum pressure check all small vacuum hoses for leaks as they tend to perish , split or even can go soft and collapse in on themselves
