how do i get code p1312 to clear?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

replaced spark plugs, coils (all 4), ignition control module, and decarbonized the engine. All done by master saab mechanic.

Ok, I should have been more specific, how do I keep it from coming back. I get it cleared and it comes back.
