Hello alditom59-- The tire size for the 1999 Ford F259 truck varied by model. For example, the base 2WD model used size 255/70-16. The base 4WD used 245/75-16. Also look in the glove box or on the drivers side door jamb, recommended tire sizes and air pressure are usually there.
