Turn signal malfunction

My left turn signal will not blink the right one
works fine I have changed the bulbs and
fuse the indicator is in in the dash but will
not blink

Could be your turn signal solenoid is bad. What happens if you turn on your hazard lights

Correction its called turn signal flasher relay

Turn signal flasher solenoid, faults turn signal switch, all turn signal bulbs broken, bad wiring. All possible reasons why it wouldn't work

My 94 Roadmaster just had the same problem. My mechanic fixed it by installing a new flasher. He said the left & right flashers are both included in the sealed flasher, so even though only one was malfunctioning, both got replaced for around $45 and now work great.
