I have 2003 Buick Century why is it still overheating?

Asked by Buickhater Aug 24, 2018 at 11:17 AM about the 2003 Buick Century

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced the radiator, intake gaskets, water pump,
top hose, temp coolant sensor, thermostat twice, fan
motors, fan relays, spark plugs and wires, cerpitine belt (not
sure if that's the spelling), and cleaned the throttle body.
After the car will run fine that day after bleeding it but the
next day it will bearly make it 3 miles before it overheats
again. There are no leaks bit the reservoir will be empty.
What else can be wrong?

If you're losing coolant and there's no leaks then you have a cracked head.

Also.......is it actually running hot ? It could just be a faulty sending unit telling you it is hot
