I believe they were mainly 360 and 390 cu in http://www.ford-f250.com/

It was the 360 with a two barrel carburetor and a four on the floor with the first gear being a granny gear. I know I bought one new from Anderson Ford in 1969 on Abbott Road in Lackawanna, NY. It had terrible steel, and rusted pretty quickly in the Buffalo NY weather. The wheels had split rims and it came with fire stone tires. Had to replace them with Goodyears as the Firestones were treacherous on wet pavement.
