What kind of engine should I put into a 76'?

Asked by Canteloupe Jul 20, 2010 at 02:51 PM about the 1976 Chevrolet Monte Carlo

Question type: Car Customization

I'm buying a 76' Monte Carlo. Sick piece of work but the engine needs replacing
since it runs down too much oil. I'm absolutely fine with getting a new engine for it,
I was just wondering if there were any good suggestions as to what kind I
can/should put in there.

Thanks

Are you looking for a new engine? I would suggest a 350. Check out Summit racing...they have all sorts of 350 set-ups. From Mild to wild.
