61 Impala seat belts

Asked by cwm619 Jul 19, 2010 at 01:57 PM about the 1961 Chevrolet Impala

Question type: Car Customization

I'm installing seatbelts in my 61 Impala sedan. I have learned where the rear belts attach but not for sure where front belts are properly placed. Any help even from a 62-64 Impala owner where yours are mounted. Photos of existing placement would be fantastic.

A well known older dealer can help you with this . We bought just our 2nd 61 Convertible, the first one, a used one in 1965. This was redone just like new frame off restoration. Roman red with White Rag top. Anyway a good dealer can help you with location for seat belts. W.D. of Branson West and Union, Mo.
