Yes it should be fine....but remember: Spark Plugs have a variety of specifications, and these pertain to their cooling capacity (as per a "Hot," or a "Cold," plug, and their resistance/performance in relation to the charge (spark) from the coil. Now that's a lot of big words, but I can tell you from experience that a good set of Bosch Platinum plugs will out perform a standard set of AC Delco, (and that's my opinion of course, and it only applies to a stock motors of your specification (4.3l Chevy). Best thing to do, is buy a set of NGK Plugs for your Vortech motor, and you may be surprised to find that there are probably several different breeds of NGK for that 4.3! Even the cheap ones (3$ a plug) are as good as they come in performance and reliability! Don't bother with the rest...these work...and work hard for a long time (heck they can handle 100hp of NOS)...try em. Good Luck, and I bet that little 4.3 really gets up!
