Motor problem

Hi I have a 5.7 vortec in my Chevy truck it's
knocking from the bottom end can I replace it with
a350 small block 4 bolt main if I put my heads and
intake on it?

Reason being MStamps is asking is the valley is designed for lifer guides as the vortec is a roller cam motor. Need a block from 1996 and up.
