2001 Chevy 4.3 misfire

2001 chevy 4.3 misfire on number 3 and 6 cylinders 30%.
No codes, but check engine light comes on.
How do I fix it? I've changed rotor and cap, plugs and wires, whats next?
PLEASE HELP...
What I did was put a Chevy 4.3 engine into a 1989 Toyota 4X.
