can someone tell me where the horn & flasher relays are located in an 83 camaro?

The horn relay should be in the underhood fuse box, and the flasher relay on the column underneath the dash.

My 1997 camaro struggles sometimes to get up and go if u know what i mean. I know it has a purge flow problem that the check engine light kept coming on. So back in September wheni had to get it inspected I took it somewhere and they did something to it that the purge flow will never show up for the check engine light to come on.
