I have a 2002 Pontiac Montana. I put a new battery, and a starter, but it still will not turn over or on at all. It's not doing anything.

If manual trans I would check the clutch pedal switch. If auto trans place vehicle in neutral and see if she will start. This is assuming that all your battery connections are clean and tight. Also the negative ones on the frame and motor. If no power or lights on on dash when key is turned double check connections and also main fuses.

I would check the ignition switch and all battery cables and connections.
