how to make theinside lights come on

On the overhead console you will see a switch.This is the dimmer switch that turns the interior lights on and off.If it is not on the overhead console,look by the climate control switches.

I have turned the light control switch on the left side of the steering wheel and it has not changed any thing. I still have no interior lights.
