Parked truck under carport, now truck will not start. Seems like it tries, engine turns fine. Sounds like a timing issue, but that is rare for a chain drive. 1996 4.0L What else might it be?

Engine turns fine, sounding like it almost cranks. Getting fuel, replaced coil.

There is a plug on passenger side above panel it came unplugged the wire goes under carpet to gas tank for fuel pump
