My windshied wipers have stopped moving

Asked by LoriBill Jul 29, 2014 at 10:17 AM about the 2000 Mercury Sable

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The passenger side stopped moving a week ago.
Now the drivers side stopped moving.

What should I be looking for, how can I fix this?
Thanks,
Lori

Lift the cap where the wiper and windshield meet. Tighten up the bolt and you should be good to go. BTW make sure that the wipers are down in the off position.
