how do I fix the horn its not a fuse

cannot find horn itself show me where its at

usually, it is the horn button on the steering wheel that loses contact-

The horn is located in the engine compartment on either side of the radiator or near the transmission cooler and the wire could've just slipped off of it from daily driving over time.
